- Three years' men consolidated into a Company known as Independent Company 29th New York Infantry, and provost duty at Headquarters 11th Army Corps, Army of the Potomac, and Army of the Cumberland to April 19, 1864, when transferred to 68th Regiment New York Infantry.
- 2 Officers and 40 Enlisted men killed and mortally wounded.
- 1 Officer and 21 Enlisted men by disease.
